About RTO Collective
Our Story
RTO Collective LLC is a Cincinnati based real estate development company founded by Ryan and Trinica O'Bryant. We are a husband and wife team united by a shared vision — to develop quality residential properties that improve neighborhoods, create value, and leave a lasting impact on the communities we serve.
We specialize in ground up single family residential construction in Cincinnati's most promising neighborhoods. Our approach combines disciplined financial underwriting, thoughtful design, and a deep commitment to building homes that people are proud to live in.
Our first development — a 2,226 square foot new construction single family home at 7851 Daly Road, Cincinnati OH 45224 — is currently in pre-construction with permits approved under the 2024 Ohio Building Code. Groundbreaking is imminent.
We are not just building houses. We are building a legacy.

Trinica O'Bryant — Co-Founder
Trinica O'Bryant was born in Mississippi and came to Cincinnati as a teenager — and Cincinnati became home in the truest sense of the word. From the moment she arrived, this city captured her heart and never let go.
Trinica holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and a Master of Education — a foundation that speaks to everything she believes about people, potential, and the environments that shape them. As an educator, Trinica learned something that most developers never consider: the place where a child grows up matters enormously. The stability of a home, the safety of a neighborhood, and the quality of the environment a family lives in directly impacts how children learn, grow, and see themselves and the world around them.
That understanding is at the core of everything RTO Collective builds.
As Co-Founder of RTO Collective LLC, Trinica brings vision, warmth, and deep community purpose to every project. She sees each home not just as a structure — but as a foundation for a family's future. A place where children will take their first steps, do their homework, dream their biggest dreams, and grow into who they are meant to be.
Trinica believes that quality housing in Cincinnati's neighborhoods is one of the most powerful investments a community can make — not just in property values, but in people. In children. In the next generation of Cincinnati.

Ryan O'Bryant — Co-Founder and Managing Member
Ryan O'Bryant was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio — a product of Cincinnati Public Schools and the neighborhoods that shaped him. Growing up in some of Cincinnati's most disinvested communities, Ryan moved around frequently as a child — and those experiences gave him something that no classroom could teach: a deep, personal understanding of what it means to not have a stable place to call home. That understanding never left him. It became his purpose.
Before real estate development, Ryan spent twenty years as a professional barber — and for the last ten of those years, as a barbershop owner. In the barbershop, Ryan learned the fundamentals of what it truly takes to build something — discipline, consistency, customer relationships, financial management, and the art of showing up every single day for the people who count on you. He did not just cut hair. He built a business. He built a clientele. He built trust.
But somewhere along the way, real estate development stole his heart.
Ryan saw what was happening in Cincinnati's neighborhoods — the vacant lots, the disinvested blocks, the communities that deserved better — and he knew that his next chapter was not inside a barbershop. It was breaking ground on something bigger. Something that would outlast him. Something his city would be proud of.
Today as the Managing Member of RTO Collective LLC, Ryan leads all aspects of project development — from lot acquisition and financial underwriting to contractor management, permitting, and construction oversight. He brings the same work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence that built his barbershop career into every single development project RTO Collective undertakes.
For Ryan, this is not a career change. It is an evolution — from building a clientele to building a community. From owning a chair to owning the block.
Cincinnati made him. Now he is making Cincinnati more beautiful — one home at a time.
